MISSION
To build profitable networking relationships among women in business, organizations and communities at large.
VISION
To create an atmosphere where women have broken through the walls and barriers that separate them from building strategic alliances with one another.
GOAL
To provide round table discussion groups, workshops, and monthly newsletters (online and direct mail) to create strategic alliances that will help women meet their basic needs in their personal, physical well-being, intimate relationship, financial, family, business and spiritual lives.
WHAT WE DO
We encourage participation in positive thinking through healthy discussions to inspire, empower and to launch women into action. We discuss women issues and other topics of interest, sharing ideas, resources, values, passions, and common experiences. We partner with women who have a passion to inspire others to achieve their full potential and fulfillment and a desire to become image makers and storytellers of our own lives. We team up with like-minded individuals, entrepreneurs, business professionals and communities at large to encourage women supporting women.

Meet Earlean
Earlean Williams has a passion for “Inspiring Conversations”. The driving force behind her passion to communicate is recognizing how people have become disconnected in their relationships and the downfall of our communities. Earlean has discovered people want a better place to live and to give more toward rebuilding their communities.
Along with Earlean’s 28 years of corporate experience, she also brings a holistic approach to Inspiring Conversations. She presents opportunities for women to build profitable networking relationships. She open doors for individuals to come in and share their experiences, wisdom, expert advice and support. She believes this kind of community can rebuild a better world.
Earlean encourage bona fide, thought-provoking, fun and meaningful workshops, group gatherings and roundtable discussions on women issues. She believe if each woman take an active approach to do something better for the environment in which she live she would not only receive her daily bread she would leave behind more than enough to build a better world. She want women to know why they are here and why it’s important to find their place to serve. She says, “communication is important for our survival.
Earlean like the outdoor life among the peace and tranquility nature offer saying,” there is so much out there for our physical and spiritual wellbeing. The natural world offers imagination, ideas and the freedom to enjoy and hold onto life”. She loves listening to the quiet sound of nature through which she receives answers, energy and power. The peace and tranquility she receives jumpstarts her day with total dependence on the Good Shepherd for health, healing, prosperity, guidance, protection, contentment, gratification and love. All that she receives during these moments prepares her to live life richer, joyous and complete.
Earlean currently brings her energy to individuals through Inspiring Conversations newsletters, website (blog), and workshops focused on building relationships. She says, “I see my work as a series of powerful, compeling conversations to inspire a lasting change in individuals, what we can create and what we can contribute to our environment. Whether you are a young girl, young lady, senior or an elder, communication among a diverse group of people is as important as oxygen is to life. The true spirit of my work is for people to know they have a voice that matters, a gift that can make a difference and to feel and exercise their purpose in life”.
