NEW DAY! NEW MONTH! NEW CHAPTER!

LOVE A MANY SPLENDORED THINGS.  February is recognized as the month to spend more time loving one another.  It’s a choice, a conduct and an experience. It’s harmless when done with a mind set for everything wonderful. There is so much we can do together as we have more similarities than differences.  As a month end, a new month and a new chapter in our lives begin (another opportunity to get it right).  Most necessary for our survival as we greet each new day dawning is a happy face, a relaxed state of mind, true friends and love ones. It is said once you know how to love you may fall out of trust and respect but never love.

Love starts from within. Loving oneself before we can truly love anyone. It starts with being secure in our self-esteem and feeling content in our personal life. It’s about loving our friends through rough times, helping others as we would want others to help us. It’s never about trying to hurt, harm or change each other (as society pressures us to conform to certain standards) but accept others as they are. Our differences enhances our growth and promotes our learning. It is our similarities that help us feel connected to each other.

Many we meet throughout the day are lonely, hurting and would love to be greeted with a smile. Today is a good day to use our power and privilege to make a difference. Affections affects us in doing better, feeling better and being a better person. The greatest happiness of life is being loved for ourselves in spite of ourselves. A rule of friendship is… listen to others as you would have them listen to you. A natural bonding of love between people survives when you know how to love. Connect with a friend or a love one, let them know how much you care and I betcha it will make your heart and theirs skip a beat.

My favorite quote on friendship is, “in dreams and in love there are no impossibilities“… My favorite word that describes love is “warmth”. What are yours?
Thanks for reading. I am lucky and grateful and I appreciate you.
